All the flavors you remember of New Orleans before getting shnockered on Fat Tuesday. Orleans Coffee knocked this flavor out of the park and we have it exclusively for Rooster Coffee Company's arsenal of collective flavors. To be honest, Rooster isn't a big flavored roast aficionado. Unless it's a mocha or RCC's soon to be famous "blue mocha" (recipe coming soon), but this is his new favorite.  Definitely a long term blend.
